Iowa State and Iowa both moved up in the Associated Press Top 25 women’s basketball poll on Monday.

The 5-0 Cyclones jumped up four spots to No. 12 after wins against Valparaiso and Norfolk State. ISU’s next game is a 6 pm tipoff Thursday at Drake.

The 4-0 Hawkeyes moved up two spots to No. 19 after wins against Drake and UNI. They play No. 7 Baylor at 8 p.m. Thursday in the WBCA Showcase at Disney World in Orlando. It’s the Hawkeyes’ first trip outside the state of Iowa this season while the Bears have played in Paris and Las Vegas.

The Cy-Hawk women’s game is at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, in Ames.
