FORT DODGE — The Ridge View girls wrestling team went into The Triton Clash hosted by Iowa Central Community College on Tuesday unbeaten in duals.

The schedule of The Triton Clash had the Raptors go head-to-head in duals with Audubon, GTRA, Co. Bluffs Lewis Central, Manson-Northwest Webster and Vinton-Shellsburg.

Coming into the tournament for the Raptors is its leader Teagan Robertson at 120 pound. Robertson is 6-0 on the season.

Once the Raptors were through their five challenges they had stumbled their way through with a 1-4 dual record. Audubon topped Ridge View 54-30. GTRA sneaked past the Raptors 36-33. Lewis Central toppled the Raptors 59-12. Vinton Shellsburg bested Ridge View 54-30, and the lone win came from its dueal with Manson-Northwest Webster 48-36.

There been no touching (coming close) to defeating Robertson this season. “Can’t Touch” Robertson, the approach of ‘ferocious attacks’ sits 11-0 with 10 wins by fall, and the other decided by technical fall this season.

As a team, Ridge View now fashions a 3-4 dual record on the season. The girls wrestling team returns to action on Friday, Dec. 12, 2025, at the Riverside Girls Invitational.
