The Missouri Valley Conference college basketball season starts for Northern Iowa. The Panthers start Valley play on the road, playing Illinois-Chicago. The Panthers trailed at halftime and for much of the 2nd half, but rallied to beat the Flames 60 to 54. UNI is now 8-2 on the season. Also, Iowa Western was in the JUCO National Championship football game, which we recap. And Bruno joins us for a Thirty Thursday from Full Court Press.
