NEOLA — Three uncommon opponents that the Ridge View wrestling team see’s rarely were the Raptors opposition on Thursday at the Tri-Center Quadrangular — Harlan, Logan-Magnolia, and host Trojans.

Ridge View had a pair of convincing dual wins against Harlan 54-12, and Tri-Center 58-18, only to experience a hear-breaking loss to Logan-Magnolia 36-35.

Harlan had only three wrestlers competing at weights 130, 145, and 155. Both Harlan wins came by fall at 130 and 145. The Raptors winner at 155 was Bailey Blume by fall in 1:42 over the Cyclones’ Danica Schwery.

Ridge View led Logan-Magnolia 26-6 through six matches (130 pounds). The stout Panthers earned wins by fall against Ridge View at 120, 135, 140, and 145 pounds. Logan-Magnolia pickjed up wins by forfeit at 170 and 235 to compplete their scoring.

The beat goes on for Raptors junior Teagan Robertson, who picked up her 21st win by fall and stay’s unbeaten at 25-0 on the season, defeating the Panthers’ Ali Sloan in a 1:41 time of fall.

There were only four matches held against Tri-Center with Ridge View winning three of the four. Lainey Buckendahl (135) and Meleigha Buckendahl (145) each won by fall. Lauren Seigner won by major decision (12-4) at 110 pounds.
