The Iowa Girls Coaches Association has announced its All-District basketball team by districts and respective classes (1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A).

Cherokee Washington juniors’ Addy Wolfswinkel and Deidra Doeden were each named to the Class 3A Northwest District .

Wolfswinkel started 22 of Cherokee’s 23 games. She averaged 19.4 points per game (ppg.) while shooting 44.7 percent (153-342) overall. Included was 30.9 percent shooting on 3-point attempts. Wolfswinkel added 86.8 percent (99-of-114) on foul shots. She also averaged 5.9 rebounds per game (rpg.), 3.8 assists per game, and 2.5 steals per game.

Doeden started all 23 games for the Braves, averaging 16.4 points (ppg.) and 13.2 rpg. She shot 61.4 percent (164-of-264) overall from the floor. She also was 50.5 percent (50-of-99) on free throw attempts. Doeden averaged 2.3 blocks per game, 1.4 assists, and 1.4 steals.
