Hawkeye Heartbreak at the Big Ten Tournament in Chicago. Iowa mounted a double-digit comeback only to have a three-point shot fall off the mark in the final seconds to tie the game against Ohio State. The Buckeyes win the game 72-69. The Hawkeyes are now 21-12 on the season and have to wait until Sunday to see if they make the NCAA Tournament.
Iowa State had a much easier time in its second game at the Big 12 Tournament. The Cyclones easily beat Texas Tech, 75 to 53. The Cyclones outscored the Red Raiders 39 to 20 in the second half to advance to the semi-finals.

Jeff is a grandfather of two (Arliegh, Aloni) father of two (Ashley, Alex) and brother to two sisters (Jean, Jenni).
