The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2025-26 NAIA Women’s Basketball All-America Teams, with Macy Sievers of Dordt (Iowa) named the NAIA Women’s Basketball Player of the Year for the second consecutive year. Marian’s Chante Anderson was named the 2026 NAIA Coach of the Year.

Sievers, a senior at Dordt (Iowa), had another standout season, serving as a steady and productive presence in the starting lineup while consistently logging heavy minutes. She emerged as one of the team’s most reliable scorers, eclipsing the 20-point mark 13 times, including season highs of 27 against Dakota Wesleyan (S.D.) and 26 versus Northwestern (Iowa). Sievers also broke the NAIA career assists record, ending her collegiate career with 1,078 assists. She surpassed 1,000 points in her career and nearly topped 1,000 career rebounds, closing out at 993.
