It was the news Iowa State basketball fans did not want to hear. Milan Momcilovic has made up his mind. He’s declared for the upcoming NBA draft while also entering the transfer portal. What does this mean? Well, first and foremost, he wants to go pro. If he doesn’t get the evaluation he wants, he can come back to college and most likely play for a different team next year, or return to Iowa State. Milan has had three stellar seasons for the Cyclones. This year, he averaged 17 points per game and was the best three-point shooter in the country. Today marks the 90th Anniversary of the Drake Relays. This year’s event is still a couple of weeks away. Blake Boldon, the Drake Relays Executive Director, joins the show to tell us what to expect.
