Cedar Falls star Kimbrough commits to UNI Men’s Basketball

CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) — Another member of the undefeated Cedar Falls boys State championship basketball team will be staying in the Cedar Valley.

Jaydon Kimbrough announced on twitter Wednesday night that he has committed to play for Kyle Green and the UNI Panthers.

Kimbrough will join his Tiger teammate Will Gerdes who signed with the Panthers earlier this year.

Kimbrough is coming off a great senior campaign… Kimbrough averaged 19 points, 4.3 Rebounds..3.0 Asissts and nearly 3 steals a game while also shooting a blistering 56 from the field and 40 percent from downtown.

Kimbrough who decommitted from Winona State earlier this year—chose Northern Iowa after visiting with and getting an offer from Kyle Green.
