Dre Kindell finds new home with Drake Bulldogs

Former Wichita State Shocker Dre Kindell was on a visit to Drake.
At his best, Kindell changed games with pace, ball pressure and downhill energy. He had a knack for speeding up the action when Wichita State needed a jolt and his defensive activity helped swing momentum in some of the Shockers’ biggest wins late in conference play.
Kindell averaged 6 points per game this season as a junior.  He was previously a juco All-American at Barton County (Ks.)
Per “ThePortalReport” on Twitter, he said the following schools showed interest prior to his committment to Drake: UAB, Duquesne, Indiana State, Kent State, UNLV, Buffalo, Grand Canyon, Western Michigan, UTEP, UIC, Ohio, Southern Miss, Youngstown State, Wright State, plus more.
