Iowa’s game at Washington will not be played on Friday, October 9, 2026. Kickoff is set for 8:00 PM Central and will be televised nationally by FOX. The Big 10 Conference made the announcement last Friday. The Hawkeyes are playing their first game at Husky Stadium since 1963, and this game will be the end of a brutal three-game stretch for Iowa. The Hawks play Michigan and Ohio State before heading west. Iowa Basketball news: there are reports that Ben McCollum is about to get a new six-year deal that will include a pay raise. In his first season, McCollum coached the Hawkeyes to the Elite 8. He agreed to a six-year deal over a year ago that paid him $3.35 million and increased to $4.1 million in 2030-31.
